Clerkenwell Green is an exclusive catering and events company, offering unforgettable weddings, corporate parties, and private dining in some of the most celebrated venues in London and beyond. After undergoing a branding exercise, Clerkenwell Green commissioned us to design and build a new website that would showcase the fullness of its offer and expertise, driving digital success through increased lead generation and enquiries.

Part of the Benugo group, Clerkenwell Green leads with professionalism, years of experience and a passion for food. It exists to provide its customers with truly extraordinary bespoke events that are as personalised as possible. Encapsulating and communicating this mission to all of their audience bases, ranging from individuals and small parties to large corporate groups, was a key requirement of the new website.

The result is a responsively designed WordPress site with clear navigation, information architecture and commercially driven user journeys supported by strong calls to action throughout. In line with the newly redesigned brand, the website is led by bold, striking food photography that captures the elegance, exquisiteness and magic of a Clerkenwell Green event.

The choice to focus on exceptional imagery over an abundance of elaborate copy allows visitors to make their own individual interpretation of what their occasion could look and feel like. Following on from these efforts to make the website tailored to each user, and therefore mirroring the nature of the services on offer, we designed a Venues section that enables users to find a location for their event in a wholly experiential way.
