We’ve just finished work on the 2016 NHS staff survey website in collaboration with our client Picker Europe, you can view the results here.
This year the survey went out to over 982,000 staff across 316 trusts, clinical commissioning groups, commissioning support units and other NHS organisations in England.
Our team created a series of interactive dashboards through which the user can easily disseminate the findings of the survey, the results can also be split between national and local. As this is the first year the results have been made public, the client was keen to collate feedback on the format of results and website; in order to encourage this we created a clear and easy to locate feedback button through which users can submit their thoughts.
The results make interesting reading and offer insight into the internal workings of the NHS.
