London & Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) appointed Design Culture to develop a brand for a prime location development in London’s E1, just a short walk from the iconic Tower Bridge and St Katharine Docks. We created the brand name Tower Reach after researching the area, audiences and competitors and identifying that location was central to the brand’s positioning.
Tower Reach’s prime location of Ensign Street means that everything London has to offer is quite literally on your doorstep. In line with the brand name, we created the brand story ‘Bring the city closer’, which underpins the rationale behind the name and directly supports the brand’s positioning.
